Easter basket hunt
Natalie was the first one up and found her basket right away. Nate and Sarah had to work a little harder. They had to find clues that led them to where their baskets were hiding. They used the Gigi "lifeline" and got a little help towards the end!
Bumpa & Gigi come visit
Bumpa & Gigi took the train and joined us for Easter weekend. It was great to see them again. Nate and Sarah were on spring break and enjoyed having the company at the end of the week. Of course, the first thing they did was introduce them to the Wii! We all had a great time playing the different sports. They especially enjoyed the bowling. Unfortunately, I didn't get any pictures....Gigi helped with making the easter egg cake. Nate and Sarah did all the decorating themselves after we mixed up the frosting. Didn't they do a great job?

International Night
Sarah joined Girl Scouts this year and her troop recently participated in International Night with 8 other troops from her council. Each troop chose a country from around the world and put on a skit, dance, song or game. Sarah's troop chose England and performed a May Pole dance. After the perfromances there was a "feast of nations" where we could sample dishes or snacks from the different countries.

Best Things....
Want to know one of the best things about having older children and a baby at the same time? The older ones watch the baby so mom can take a quick shower in the morning! Thanks Nate and Sarah for helping out! Love and kisses - Mom

Look out! Natalie is on the move......
Natalie figured out how to crawl yesterday! Boy is the world different overnight. As I'm typing I can hear her getting into my book basket in the other room! All of a sudden she figured out how to coordinate the rear end with the front end and there's no stopping her now.....Tucker and Rascal better watch out.
Who needs toys anyway?
So I bought some of those "Space Cubes" and have been going through totes trying to get rid of things and condense down what we are keeping. I ended up with several extra totes once I put all the clothes in those cubes. The kids confiscated my totes and were being very creative. We watched the movie "The Astronaut Farmer" so they made their own rockets, then decided to be a train or boat so that Natalie could join in. She had fun playing with the big kids!
